Instagram's own "Save to camera roll" works only for your own stories, and even then it sometimes mangles the resolution. Here's how to save anything public, in full quality, in two taps.
The browser-only workflow
- Open IGViewer's Stories tool.
- Paste the username and load the carousel.
- Tap the download button on each story you want to keep.
- Files save to your default download folder (or to Photos on iOS).
Heads up: re-publishing someone else's content as your own is a copyright issue regardless of whether it was publicly accessible. Always credit the original creator.
Why other tools mangle quality
